Professional Series Agreements

AST clear

The Professional Series tenancy agreements are ideally suited for Agency and Professional Landlord use when letting properties in England. The agreements have been drafted in accordance with the CMA’s Guidance on Unfair Terms and are revised and checked annually by a specialist housing barrister. The agreements have also been approved by the major lenders.

The Professional Series agreements are provided with a copyright licence during the licence period (12 months), an annual update service and comprehensive drafting and guidance notes which include over 50 additional clauses that can be added to the tenancy agreement in individual situations. Our Professional Series Agreements and Guidance Notes can be purchased via our Gold and Pro-Gold Memberships and are subject to our Licence Terms and Conditions.

Gold membership is aimed at professional landlords and provides access to an AST agreement, Deed of Guarantee, supporting guidance notes, landlord letters and forms, case law library and letting factsheets. Pro-Gold membership is aimed at letting agents and provides access to Gold documents plus example agency agreement, managed AST, general tenancy agreement, company let agreement, holiday let agreement, licence agreement and contractor terms and conditions.

Members can access the downloadable agreements when logged into the site. When you are logged into the website the downloads appear in the top left hand corner of the screen. Gold members will have access to the Gold Downloads and Pro-Gold members can access the Pro-Gold Downloads.
